Michalina created Make English Easier after noticing how many highly capable professionals lose confidence when communicating in English, despite being experts in their field.
Drawing on psychology and linguistics, she helps professionals communicate, influence and lead clarity and authenticity.
She holds an MSc in Psychology (University of London) and an MA in Linguistics (University of Warsaw), and in 2024 was a finalist in the Pioneer Pitch entrepreneurship programme at Birkbeck, University of London - pitching her own business in English, under pressure at BMA House in London.
